Hi Everyone, my name is Ana Novella and i would like to share with you some of my experiences in my business profession. Many people said they are successful but in which way they are successful? because the have a house a nice car or because they have a business they work 24/7 or because they have a nice bank account. which one is it? well anyone can said whatever they like, but the reality is that someone who is truly successful is because they have financial independence, which is they actually have liquid assets, they have a nice house paid off, cars and have plenty of time to take off anytime they like.
I will said that during the years of my career i still learning every day about financial success. I am a single mom with 3 kids a granddaughter and grandson. I start in the real estate business many years ago. not knowing what I was about to get in to.
As a single mom, I came to the USA looking for my dream, a dream I didn't know I was going to be able to reach soon. I remember I didn't even have money to buy food to my son, but I went to a seminar in LA county where for my surprise was a AL Williams company, who doesn't know about that company?. I learn about investments which it was something totally new to me, but even I didn't understand it, I kind of love the information. I am talking about 28 years ago.
I told my friend one day, that I was going to own many properties. I don't know how, but I will learn the way to do it.
of-course it wasn't that easy I didn't even speak the language, I didn't even have documents to work in the USA. and my child was a baby having all this issues it looks almost impossible to make my dream came true.
Well it was very difficult I get married and I start working as a regular employee on many places for many years I couldn't do anything I really want it to do. To make it short. After I have my other 2 child i decide one day to learn how to do Income Tax Services, without proper English I took the challenge and be able to get my certification and work for H&R Block, My surprise was, with my English barriers, I became the number one tax preparer in the office gaining a recognition from the company out of all the offices as the best bilingual, even more happier since there was not many Spanish speaking tax preparers in the district with the highest paid and with a full time work.
That was one of my mayor achievements ever since I have my childrens. after that I knew I could do better than just that. We decide to move to south of California and the first thing I found was a Penny Saver. I look at it for employment opportunities. I saw a very small sign looking for people to learn to became a loan officer my eyes when crazy because it was around the corner from where I was living at that time.
I remember I call the person immediately and set and appointment, I told my self, I will learn that and I did, even thought I had many problems like everyone else. Like stealing clients well same thing happen. that's why I don't even recall the name of the person who teach me how to do a GFE.
But I learn from him many things that I will never forget.
My career start right there, there used to be this young girl, who I do remember well she used to drive a nice car she was the top producer of the company but she was very young and I thought why I cant be like her. If she can do it so do. She became my inspiration from that moment. even thought she never knew that, because we never even talk to me, she probably didn't even know who i was.
Anyways we all need a beginning and this was my beginning.
